Family-friendly holiday rentals in Rio Rancho

The house was absolutely amazing! Super clean and amazing to stay in! I appreciate the same day response and able to book me hours before! Really appreciate them for letting me stay in their beautiful home!

This place was PERFECT and made me discover my new favorite part of ABQ. There was so much to do in the area and so many cool places to check out- and within walking distance! I stayed with my two dogs and we LOVED walking all the trails and exploring down by the river. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a quiet, peaceful and authentic New Mexican experience. The home was beautiful and felt safe, cozy and clean!

Love Joe and Melanie they come by and check on you if you’re staying for a while. They stop by and water and mow the lawn weekly and we’re real nice

Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in NM and in general, period. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans, baking cookware, spices, coffees, etc. lots of appliances which was a plus. Living room and patio were super comfortable and easy to move around. The house is decorated beautifully! WiFi was very fast. Bathrooms were spacious and great showers. Hot tub was PERFECT and huge! Everything was so well thought of and felt right at home with complete privacy. Can’t wait to come back again. Thanks!

Very comfortable, clean, bright space. The location was perfect for me - easy drive to the workshop I was attending and I walked to Nob Hill every evening for dinner. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. The Casita is back away from the street - I couldn't hear any noise from the road or the neighborhood. I was told someone would be staying in the house, but I didn't hear or see anyone - felt very private. I run cold, so the heated mattress pad was especially appreciated! Erik, the manager, was very communicative and welcoming. Some of the furnishings are getting a bit worn, but nothing that got in the way of my comfort - I felt right at home. I didn't cook much, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. Parking off-street was appreciated. I'll definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

Their place was really nice, pictures don’t do this place justice. It is in a nice and quiet part of town. I would definitely recommend and stay again

I would go back here anytime. I just loved it. I had one problem (I could not figure out how to work thermostat), and the host came within minutes and was extremely helpful.

Ron was willing to listened to our concerns, he was generous and understanding and always had an alternative suggestion which helped us out. He was very flexible and strived to make our stay enjoyable (which it was). His place had everything we needed and we appreciated the pet friendly atmosphere. We stayed at Casita Rose for a few days in mid March. Rebecca’s place was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with full size bath products, a kitchen with pots and pans and gas range, comfortable beds, and spotless linens. While ABQ in spring can be chilly, the house was warm and cozy! Rebecca was very proactive about communication and checked on us via message a few times to make sure we were having a great time and didn’t need anything. We would be thrilled to stay here again!

Lacy and her team were welcoming, and responsive! All of which translated to the space for me. I could easily enjoy my privacy of the place, and venture out to more social spaces when I decided to do so. The park and zoo being a block away was an excellent perk for my dog and I! Speaking of, I deeply appreciated that Lacy had a practical and truly pet friendly allowance for what it means traveling with your pet. Specifically, spelling out that if your animal is going to be on the furniture, then provide your own covering to prevent any hair from staying behind in the linens etc... This was a huge factor in my decision to book...she is realistic about what it means to travel with our fur family members--a BIG thank you for that Lacy! Also the place was equipped with the basics, and very clean and tidy! I would definitely stay again😎👍🏽!

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was just as amazing as the first. Brian is an amazing host and person. We had an unexpected snow and he came down to meet and help us. One of the most amazing stays in ABQ.

My husband,David and I love staying at Virginia and Jetts place ! The house is so comfortable and full of huge space.We are here again for my husbands cancer treatments and is the most quiet and restful we have stayed near the hospital yet.Virginia is great,and has become a friend! My dogs love the private little yard to rest as well.I can't say enough about staying here,but will definitely stay again and recommend to those who want privacy and peace an quiet in a beautiful home ! 😊💗

Lynne and Juris’s casita was beautifully appointed with unique pieces and had everything guests would need. It was impeccably clean - perhaps the cleanest I’ve ever experienced in an AirBnB. The private, tucked away property was easy to find given the detailed instructions. My stay was perfect! It will be my intent to stay here again when I travel to Rio Rancho.

Awesome place for our family girls trip! We had so much laughter…perfect for our group from age 23 all the way to 78. Art was a great host. The house was super clean and the backyard is amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Carl's place - my company was touring in ABQ, so we had a group staying at both the properties. It was perfectly clean, and I appreciated that there were enough bathrooms - no bathroom conflict is great. The checkin was so easy; it's so nice to use a doorcode and not have to remember a key. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, and we enjoyed the stay immensely. Thank you!

David's house was very beautiful, from the views of the Sandias to the pool and the large floor to ceiling windows. It was clean comfortable and was more than exceptional. I would recommend this place if you are traveling with your family for sure!

Ed and Barbara was and is such a blessing. The community here is very therapeutic, even the dogs. This is definitely one of those places that if you could then you would come back over and over again. Barbara will make you feel right at home, so have fun if you dare; you might not want to go home. Nice pool, jacuzzi, lots of of space to feel free and to let loose and be loud. If you're into art sculptures then you have a lot to look at, because this place is filled with the enchanting art work by Ed. This experience will leave an everlasting impression on you. We had the best experience!!! Not only was the house beautiful and spacious did I mention comfortable but they didn’t miss a single detail. Games appliances ect.. Trisha was wonderful we are very grateful.

We were in town to visit family and it was a perfect location. As others have mentioned it is a very peaceful and private casita. Walking trails are adjacent to the property and other sites are a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

We would return for Dejuan our proactive host, his convenient location, on sight parking, quiet, clean, private place with complete amenities, and a lovely water feature for a great price.
