Holbrook's home is a wonderful place to stay in the Nob Hill neighborhood of Albuquerque. It is clean and bright, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Holbrook responds quickly to questions and/or concerns. The refrigerator was even stocked with breakfast items and beverages. We very much enjoyed our stay there and would happily book again.

Nice comfortable home close to where we wanted to be at The Pit and Embassy motel for the state basketball playoffs.

I highly recommend staying with Penny and her husband! They are truly great people that are so welcoming and kind. They have a beautiful house in a nice location that feels very safe. They are respectful of your space and privacy. I really enjoyed chatting with them for the night I could. I hope to come back and stay with them again

Great hostess and kitchen was fully equipped and exceptionally stocked and Alana went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, including the kids’ favorite cereal! It felt like a true home away from home and not just an Airbnb with your usual bare minimum furniture and setup!

My family and friends rented both the Honey House and Harry Potter House condos to attend the ABQ Balloon Fiesta. The location was perfect for getting to the balloon park and exploring Old Town ABQ. We really didn't spend much time at the Harry Potter House, but it was a nice place, and we enjoyed hanging out on its patio in the evenings. We appreciated that garages were available for our use at both condos, making it easy to park and access both condos. And the interesting historical park across the street was an added bonus. Bruce was completely communicative, and helped us out above and beyond. This place was exactly what my husband and I needed. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a hot tub that was indoors. We are local people who needed a staycation. The only thing I would say is read all the reviews… A person who is not from Albuquerque and familiar with the location might be unaware about the neighborhood. The rental itself is securely gated with a courtyard; the car isn’t gated, but I didn’t feel like my car was unsafe. If you need a place to lock yourself into for a couple of days or if you have a big group, this is perfect. It was way better value than a hotel room. Every thing was exactly what we needed. We needed a place that had a indoor hot tub and also allowed us to work remotely for a couple of days- this was exactly that. The bed was super comfortable. The hot tub was perfect. Everything exactly as described. Thank you so much Bruce.

The place was clean and spacious. It is located in a quiet area and close to Old Town, which is very convenient.

This has become our go to stop when traveling to Arizona from Kansas. It’s a great half way point. We love the area, the breakfast in the morning is amazing and the space is so unique! Beds are great. Really enjoy the hosts! Looking forward to our next stay!

Al and Ruriko were personable, caring, and attentive toward my mom, and welcoming to both of us. Although my mom and I had our person space, we felt at home in their living space. Ruriko was extremely kind. She made us hot tea in the afternoon which accompanied a special sweet treat (my mom loves sweets so this was perfect after a long morning at the balloon festival). The room was perfect for my mom and I. The room was clean with plenty of space to move around. The outdoor patio has a gorgeous and breathtaking view of Albuquerque and the Sandia mountains with a view of the Rio Grande as well. This is my second time staying here. We plan to stay next year. Thank you both for your friendship.

Great for me & my guests one night stay, room has lots of space and easy parking lot! Area has doggy bags and lots of space for animals :-) The bed was super comfy and clean, and super helpful staff & front desk

Super special place full of New Mexican charm and cozy, lovely vibes. Wonderful place for those looking for a retreat in the quiet, agricultural part of town under stars and enjoying the sauna, hot tub, and community spaces. The hosts are kind, responsive, genuine, and down-to-earth. Highly recommend! Great for groups looking to spend time together. Would return and glowingly recommend to friends and family.

My friend and I stayed in the Anna room for this year's balloon fiesta. Al and Ruriko were very friendly and helpful with our travel plans and the house was very quiet and relaxing. The view of the city and mountains was an added bonus. The best surprise that wasn't included in the listing is that the Anna room has its own full bathroom and a mini fridge, allowing my friend and I to have lots of privacy. The Anna room is also at the end of a hallway with a door to the outside so we rarely ran into any of the other guests. I will definitely consider staying here again if I come back to Albuquerque.

We can’t express how wonderful our experience is staying at this magical place with such a beautiful host. It is more than one can ever imagine an experience with Airbnb can ever be! If there’s 10 stars, this stay deserves 11 stars. I hope everyone who passes by this area can experience this beautiful space and one of the most amazing person we’ve ever met!
