BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Guest house

Recently renovated, retaining its traditional rustic charm - the perfect place to relax and unwind. It has its own entrance, kitchen, dining and living room space with original stone Charantais fireplace and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The large windows take advantage of the stunning countryside views and spectacular sunrises. If you are a fan of wildlife you will not be disappointed with regular visitors of deer, red squirrels, migrating cranes and a favourite of ours, the hoopoe.

La Belle Maison with large private garden

La Belle Maison is a Beautiful Charentaise country house built around 1850. 2 very spacious bedrooms with oak floors and amazing views of the rolling hills of the beautiful countryside. Downstairs there is a large fully equipped kitchen diner. The spacious lounge has oak flooring. There is a downstairs cloakroom. Free fibre wi fi. large private terrace and garden. Bed linen is provided. Guests are asked to provide their own towels, unless flying and case space is short.

Homestay Bellevue is perfectly exposed and enjoys a splendid view, from sunrise to sunset, over the Dronne Valley. The 3*** outdoor accommodation is located on the garden level of a contemporary house with a separate entrance and access to the garden. The accommodation includes a large bedroom with bathroom, kitchen and covered and uncovered terrace overlooking the garden. A truly quiet, cozy and comfortable nest.
