Monthly Rentals in Ripenda Kosi

A very clean and beautiful place to stay. We were there for the 2nd time now and there were no problems. Always very polite and helpful.

We stayed 5 days in this beautiful apartment on the Istrian coast. The view and decor of the apartment were exactly as beautiful as in the pictures. Unfortunately we were there in March, so the pool wasn't filled yet and it was still too cold to take a dip. However, we could sit in the sun on the roof terrace. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, the coast is within walking distance (if you can walk a bit) and by car there are many beautiful places within driving distance. We really found the kitchen and all the items to be used to be a plus, so we could also cook for a few days and eat relaxed in the apartment.

We felt very comfortable here and enjoyed the great view every day. The villa was very clean and maintained. In the next village (about 15-20 min.) you can get everything and try the various restaurants. The situation is quiet and secluded. The roads can be partly challenging.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and the place is modernly furnished. The kitchen has all the necessary things. Only the location is a bit "off the beaten track" (7 min to the next town), which is also positive, as there are no tourists. The free private parking is very convenient. Also the contact with the hostess Erin was very nice and extremely fast. Thanks for a great vacation!
