The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch at the back of the house Gas grill on the porch. Taxi boat to Lyngør and more. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores, and free outdoor water park. 4 min to the local store.

Ramp in the entrance is suitable for a stroller or wheelchair. To Risør city center it is 3 km, a nice walk along the fjord. We live on the island of Barmen with bridge connection to the mainland. It is of course possible to drive here by car. In the area there are nice hiking trails. During the winter we often have ice on the fjord and then we can use kicks, skis or ice skating.

I inherited Godli from an old aunt about 25 years ago. The house is built about 1950 by local carpenter who has also made many of the furniture. We've tried to keep it a little retro in the house. At the same time, we're constantly making new upgrades. The electricity system in the 2nd floor has just been replaced. We use the house ourselves as a holiday home. The house is open and peaceful. There are nice places to swim just nearby, nice hiking terrain and a little half an hour to drive to Risør and Kragerø

There is a car road all the way up to the cabin and parking area 4 cars on the plot. Good hiking areas in nearby, e.g. hiking trail along the coast into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.
