The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a trundle bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel bed. The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Plenty of parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

In addition, there is a single bed in the sleeping alcove in the kitchen, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Boat berth available. Electricity and water are connected. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Short distance to Risør and Tvedestrand. Nice hiking and swimming areas nearby. The cabin is in the same area as we also have a cabin, so consideration for each other must be shown if we are there at the same time.

It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern towns, 30 min. to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min. to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets answer to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Hiking areas in the forest right outside the door, short distance to the swimming area.

Internet and electricity included. Parking space for 2 cars. Boat (Pioneer maxi 13 ft with 9.9 hp) is available in the summer season. During school holidays, the house is rented out on a weekly basis (Sunday - Sunday)

Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is located right on the waterfront, with access to a private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boathouse is best suited for 2 people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.
