The residence has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a sprinkler bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel cot. The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch at the back of the house Gas grill on the porch. Good with parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Swimming area in Skarvann with swimming jetty is also within walking distance. Otherwise, the Øisang ferry goes to Risør city centre (and back) several times a day. Nice hiking terrain and a short drive to the Svabergene on Stangnes and Portør.

"Bekkestua" is a charming cottage with two annexes. The buildings are part of the farmhouse on Røysland Gård, where for many years there has been a riding camp in the summers. This unique and quiet place to stay makes it easy to recharge your batteries. From Bekkestua it is an idyllic walk of 3 minutes down to the lake Skarvann and a great swimming area with sandy beach. The water is rich in fish and boat or canoe can be rented. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the many hiking opportunities in the area.
