The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a trundle bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel bed. The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Plenty of parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Short distance to Risør and Tvedestrand. Nice hiking and swimming areas nearby. The cabin is in the same area as we also have a cabin, so consideration for each other must be shown if we are there at the same time.

Great baths, crabbing and fishing spots in the immediate vicinity. Volleyball net, croquet, fishing rods, fishing equipment, crab fishing equipment, barbecue etc included. Internet and electricity included. Parking space for 2 cars. Boat (Pioneer maxi 13 ft with 9.9 hp) is available in the summer season. Welcome to our charming house in Sørlandet! This house is located right by the lake and is the perfect place for a large family who wants to spend long summer days together. The house has three cozy bedrooms and one bathroom. The living room is furnished and the kitchen is equipped. One of the best parts of our place is the amazing location right by the lake, with the possibility of a berth. Here you can enjoy boating, fishing or just relax by the waterfront.

Relax at the cabin in Søndeled, Risør. Here you can hike by the water, the lake or the forest. The cabin is located on Øysang, where there is a holiday center with restaurant and tennis court. A few minutes walk to the jetty in Hødnebøkilen. Here it is possible to rent a boat. Otherwise, Øisangferga goes to Risør city center (and back) several times a day. Nice hiking terrain and short drive to the Svabergene on Stangnes and Portør.
