Monthly Rentals in Rittenhouse

Really enjoyed my stay here. Location and apartment were great and Joseph was very responsive on any questions or concerns I had! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill spot with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Safe neighborhood as well!

A wonderful apartment in the center of the city. Amazing view of the city‘s skyline and an incredible rooftop to relax and enjoy the view. We loved the household appliances (dishwasher, washing machine and dryer), as well as the home decoration. Although, it’s a bit noisy due to its location, we didn’t mind cause we got used to it after a short time. I would highly recommend it!

Very comfortable stay! The bed was so comfortable (thank you for having cotton bedding) and the location was right in the heart of rittenhouse square. Check-in and out was very easy and the rates beat the Hyatt Centric right around the corner. Would highly recommend and rebook!

Excellent location and a great host. I was visiting Philadelphia for a mix of work and fun and this was the perfect spot to both relax in and work from.
