Charming studio of 30m2, equipped for 2 people, located on the 1st floor of a village house. Ideally located in the heart of La Fleet (2 minutes walk from the port, daily market, 5 minutes from the beach). You access the apartment through a small common courtyard where you can park your bikes. Your home consists of an entrance, a seating area, a kitchen area, a bedroom and a shower room with toilet. Very nice apartment completely renovated like a loft in a house of character. Large living room bathed in light thanks to its numerous openings allowing to take advantage of the sun rays, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a mezzanine accommodating a bed 160. A large bedroom with cupboards and shower room. A few minutes walk from downtown and on the direct axis to the island of Re. Settle down, you are at home!
