Holiday rentals with an EV charger in River Hamble

We had a wonderful week, the flat was pristine, comfortable and peaceful. Just what we needed! Beth and Scott were great hosts, responding quickly to any questions we had. Ryde is a great base for exploring the island, and the flat is an easy walk to the town centre and restaurants etc.

We really enjoyed staying at Alan's place. We wanted to visit the seaside with our two toddlers and the place was a perfect size for that - one double bed for us and a room with a bunkbed for the kids. The place is a ten minute walk from the beach and it was beautifully clean when we arrived. Parking was convenient and Alan communicated with us well, even recommending a vegetarian restaurant nearby for us. Lidl and Aldi are also a five minute drive away. All in all we loved our visit and would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had a great stay at Belmont View in August. The whole place was spotless on arrival and was perfect location to get into town. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything and more which is always helpful. Communication was very quick and we were also lucky enough to meet joeseph whom was very lovely. Thankyou so much for letting us stay.

We had a lovely stay at this property near Cowes for a short break at the end of the Summer holidays. The apartment completely met our expectations as it appeared as described and shown in photos. The hosts were incredibly responsive and communicated clearly on all of the check-in, check-out and property and local information. We were a family of 4 and our special dog and it suited us very well, lots of space both inside and outside, a private, secluded garden and with a great view of the Solent. We particularly liked the decking overlooking the peaceful garden, the view of the boats and ships passing by and the short walk to the seafront where we could walk to Cowes or Gurnard for shops (Cowes only) and restaurants. Have stayed at Karen’s several times we love staying there . Think 5 star hotel , beautiful home, fully furnished,walks on the doorstep , everything you could possibly think off is supplied, can’t wait to stay again 😃

Another great weeekbd staying at the Ivy Annexe in Chawton. This place is just beautiful have 2 fantastic hosts and 3 dogs and chickens with free eggs. Cant do enough fir any guest that stays here, always a pleasure staying at this Airbnb just like home

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

We booked the house for a UK mini break with the 3 young kids, and we had a great stay. The house was very clean and great for kids. There is a nice garden with wendy house and separate playroom. The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. It's a short drive down to the beach and so much to do in the area.

We had a wonderful family stay at Paul's AirBnB. The home is perfect for a family or friends trip. Great rooms, huge open plan kitchen/ living area and a larder for storage with washing machine/ dish washer. We honestly would give more than 5 stars if we could. If you're looking for a beautiful home, amazing views and great walks (or short drives) to local landmarks (or pubs!) then look no further. Our toddler (20 months) had a great time in the gated garden or using the New Forest as his play area, and was beside himself when the horses would walk right past the house. Paul was on hand to answer any questions we had, an excellent host! We'd absolutely stay again!

We had a great stay at The Old Stables, we had fantastic weather so could take full advantage of the bifold doors being open and using the outside areas. Beds were very comfy and great showers and everything there that we needed for 4 adults. The place was so nicely furnished and clean. Bosham about 8 mins away and The 'Witterings' within 20 minutes. Would love to return!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in an idyllic home and location. The house was incredibly cosy and well equipped along with a garden to die for. There is everything you might need and more. We had a fantastic 4 days exploring the surroundings and making the most of our stay in the New Forest. Claire and Buster have been so gracious and lovely with us and our two boisterous little girls, they particularly enjoyed meeting the donkeys and chickens. Thank you thank you we hope to back again soon.

Fantastic accomoodatio! There is a welcome pack to greet you , even 4 legged friends. Debbie & Ian are so welcoming and also gave us good tips on places to visit. We have enjoyed our stay so much and were sad to leave but we will definately be coming back. Michele & Mark, Surrey.

Honestly we couldn’t have had more of a perfect stay. Amazing place, amazing location and Sarah was so quick to respond when I messaged her. Loved every second of it. Won’t hesitate to stay again x

Wonderful position a real wow factor Flat very comfortable and large Enjoyed by all

The apartment is in the center of the village which is where you want to be. Walk to pubs, tea rooms, restaurants and stores in less than 2 min. The apartment has a lockbox with keys to the front door of the building and the front door of the apartment. There is a very slow lift that takes you directly into the apartment, or you can walk up two flights of stairs to the front door to the flat and then walk up two more flights to the main living area. We used the lift for our suitcases, but otherwise always took the stairs. The lift requires a code and the simultaneous pushing of buttons, but it's handy for heavy bags or if you've got mobility issues. So nice to have two bathrooms, though there are some quirky things about both. Due to the ceiling heights, the master bath doesn't have a shower, and there isn't a mirror. There's a small mirror on the bedroom dresser. The second bedroom has really low to the ground twin beds. They'd be lovely for little kids but were awkward for us.

Pippa was a great host, leaving very clear instructions on how to get into the property and being super flexible on whether we’d need to use the EV charger or not (we didn’t need to in the end, but the option of being able to charge the car if we needed to was super reassuring!). Lovely apartment and a great location to walk along the coast, head into town for food (loved The Cave for wine and tapas), grab a lazy breakfast (big thumbs up for The Lighthouse) or explore the region. Enjoyed the peace and quiet too! Thanks very much indeed!

Lovely new build apartment, so new amenities and fittings. Well located, easy to find right off the motorways, with dedicated parking spot. Still close enough a short walk and your right in the center. Tom was very responsive to all my messages. Only slight downside, as it’s so new the electric charger infrastructure didn’t seem to work. Worth noting if your electric car only, unless the bay charging gets sorted out, you’l need to take this into account. Otherwise perfect and would happily recommend.
