Emma is a 47-year-old boat that has just been refurbished to offer our guests a unique eco-friendly off-grid experience on the London canals. It does not have a permanent location yet so please feel free to enquire before booking to know where you will be staying. We try to moor it near the city center! Our tiny boat is perfect for those looking for a different kind of stay but please notice a boat has limitations (see below).

We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.
