Monthly Rentals in Riverfront, Wilmington

This AirBnB was phenomenal. From the responsive, accommodating, and always helpful communication, to the perfect location. You can walk out the front door and be in the middle of restaurants, bars, and everything downtown has to offer. The perfect placement shouldn’t cause worry for noise as the apartment is perfectly situated in a peaceful area that is quiet and relaxing at night. We will be back to this cozy and relaxing AirBnB!

This is one of our favorite areas to stay in and we always look forward to staying in one of the No-Fo places. Always feel right at home, clean, and plenty of walkable places.

Great location downtown- near everything which made it so fun to walk to different places every day - we didn’t spend much time at the condo but when there it was nice and cozy- tv in living room and bedroom was easy to get signed into and the bed was very comfortable. The view out of the balcony was great too

clear check in instruction complete with short videos. Great location. We were able to walk everywhere we needed with the exception of the battleship.
