Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Riverhead

This house is in a quiet safe neighborhood, 30 mins from Montauk Beach and half the cost for 5 guests. Overall we loved it! The host recommended restaurants which is helpful. When we-reported a problem, someone was there to fix it the next morning. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of outdoor seating, comfy couches. Strange full bathroom cotton curtains a bit long and no liner, difficult to dry. The bath off the master bedroom the floor floods because curtain in there is lined but a bit short. Gotta keep a towel down. Garage is wonderful, laundry in basement handy. Decks off bedroom and patio off dining room both lovely. are beautiful lovely place to stay.

Place was really great for our family with 3 teenagers. A lot of space, clean, with a beautiful view on a huge garden ! Perfect location for discovering the area. Juan was very helpful, very easy to communicate. Thank you Juan !

Our family spent a great weekend here. There was plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own, and everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The home was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything we could have needed was there. The hot tub was lovely both nights, and the pool area looks pretty though was not yet opened for the season. This is a perfect spot to bring your family, to relax, and enjoy all that the Hamptons, and Hampton Bays has to offer. We hope to return soon!

Maria's place is gorgeous, just as described. It is located in a tranquil neighborhood and right next to the lake, just 10 to 15-minute drive from the Main St of East Hampton / Sag Harbor. They have an outdoor grill and kayaks on site which is perfect for a group of friends. My friends and I had a blast there and I would recommend it !

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

The whole experience was perfect. There were even fresh flowers to greet me. The location is easy, a beautiful neighborhood that is very quiet and safe. I'm ready to return!

amazing place would recomend

Alessandro was the best host I’ve had to date. He responded almost immediately every time, was accommodating with check in and check out times. It was mid April but we wanted to use the pool. He was nice enough not to only hear the pool for us but to start heating it 1 day in advance of our stay so it was ready when we got there. The house is beautifully renovated and sparkly clean. Beds were comfortable linens were great. We brought our two young girls and he had a few toys kept away that kept them entertained. The swing set was a major draw and a huge hit with our girls. The kitchen is fantastic. So comfortable to cook and socialize around. We used the outdoor grill and the air fryer. Town was close but it was such a pleasure to cook here we just stayed in. I’d stay here again no doubt. Aside from the place being great, Having a good welcoming host really makes the experience so much better. Thank you Alessandro for an amazing stay.

I just stayed here this past weekend for my wedding and it was amazing! The pictures truly don’t do the house justice. Everything was so clean and the host was super accommodating, helpful & responsive. The house was also packed with everything you could possibly need, in case you forget to bring anything. We had a lovely stay this April. House was spotless and newly refurbished. Pool area great (early in season so braved a cold plunge!!!) and appreciated the separate hot tub too. Pool furniture all brand new and special mention of the best kitted out games room I have ever seen! Location great. Very quiet but short car ride to East Hampton proper. Sammi’s beach a 10 min walk away. A fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend to others.
