House holiday rentals in Riverpoint

Perfect home for the needs of our families. We were in town for a football tournament. Pool was fun bonus for the kids. John was very responsive. We’d stay again.

The place was exquisite, the host was accommodating allowing us for early check in. The surrounding was tranquil, my family was able to relax and be comfortable. It is overlooking the lake, walking distance to the park so we were able to visit the cherry blossoms and have our kids play in the playground. The hot tub was always hot for us and the water was clean. The place is huge, there was a steam bath in the basement, the kitchen had a huge stove and grill was readily available. I am picturing such nice summers in this place, with paddle boards and life jackets available as well. The garden was muddy because of the rain, but we were still able to enjoy the backyard with the cemented patio and the hot tubs. It was just perfect for our visit to Seattle. We did have trouble with street parking though, since the road was a bit small and the neighbors too were parking on both sides of the road, our rental car was scraped on the side mirror. So just heads up to find a better place to park

Our stay was an amazing escape and exactly what we needed to get away and relax and even look for a home of our own in the area. Allison was an amazing host going above and beyond with everything from early and late check ins, providing additional info for the area, and generally caring about your stay at her property. She was extremely accommodating and responsive. We absolutely will be back when our house hunt continues or we want to get away again.

We loved our stay in Snohomish! The house is very cozy and clean. The kitchen had everything we could need and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful home. It is a lot bigger and even more beautiful in person. The fenced side yard for the dogs made it very helpful if you don’t mind the snow during snow season. Beautiful spacious kitchen. We had 6 people in total and it was big enough, did not feel crowded. Not too far from city, about 10 minutes and it was a nice little drive. Would love to stay again next time.

Really enjoyed our stay. Peaceful cabin, very clean, lots of open space. Plenty of relaxing space on balcony and patio. Beach close by that is maybe 15 min walk. Would recommend.

Debi and Russell truly are super hosts! They welcomed us at check in to walk through the unique amenities like the indoor pool, and had us set up with everything for making s’mores at the fire pit. The robes and slippers were a nice touch that made it extra comfortable. If you want a memorable and fun experience with easy access to a private pool, I highly recommend this place! It was also immaculately clean!

Thank you Destiny my family and I had an amazing time celebrating Easter in your beautiful home. Just perfect for my family, the pool and large front yard were great spaces for my grandchildren to play and make lasting memories.

Short weekend getaway with friends and family. This placed had everything we needed. Plenty of space for the kids. Each room had their own TV. The gameroom was a hit with ping ping and shuffleboard. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, definitely would stay again with a nice view of the city and local lake, big enough for my family plenty of space and lots amenities.

The house is very well equipped & Troy is an excellent host! The neighborhood is very peaceful & Wonderwood Park, with hiking trails & ball fields, is an easy walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool table & spa were family favorites! Thank you! L&J

Close to highway and downtown. Quiet and good for rest.

Perfect location! This home had lots of private bedrooms making our gathering so easy to do! And you just can’t get enough of the view!

Great location with beautiful views. The house itself was very comfortable and the bedding was exceptional. A lot of things in the Airbnb that goes above and beyond, such as including board games, many cooking items, etc. host was very responsive and instructions were clear

We were in town for a volleyball tournament, and literally didn’t want to go because the house was so awesome! It is a built in vacation. The lake, pickleball, basketball, kayaking and the list goes on. This place is magical and I definitely want to come back soon.

Fabulous hosts - we had a great 3 night stay while we were in the area for a wedding. House was spotless!!! Kitchen seemed fully stocked with lots of dishes, glasses, pots & pans, etc...(though we never used it, lol). Easy to get to, with lots of great places to eat at nearby. Highly recommend!

Awesome space for a large group of people. Spacious living room and large dining table allowed us all to be together. Separate sleeping locations allowed sub-groups privacy from the main group. Host was communicative and flexible.

We enjoyed our stay at Rick's place and had to book last minute due to a power outage at home. The place was cozy and perfect for our group of 2 kiddos and 5 adults along with 2 well behaved dogs. The home had lots of great activities and plenty of items for entertaining if we wanted to stay in and close to other places to explore if we wanted to go out.

Property was clean and very nice. Host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Manjinder’s house was extremely spacious and suited our needs well. This is the second house we’ve used that Manjinder has owned. We appreciated his willingness to come change the heat for our ladies prayer retreat after 10pm. Manjinder you rock 💯🥳🥰

Unbelievable house! Listening to the river on the giant balcony everyday was so peaceful. The house feels so remote, but it’s only a couple minutes from town! Master bedroom/bathroom were also better than the pictures! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A nice little get away as a family to enjoy the things we love - beach, water, and nature! Kirsten’s place offered all three and more! Cozy, comfortable, and clean! Enjoy every minute we were there!

Nestled in this chic aerie, we enjoyed listening to jazz records and taking in the coastal outlook from expansive picture windows plus a broad deck. What a perfectly peaceful spot, where deer visited daily. The home is as comfortable as it is stylish, and every amenity was thoughtfully provided: kitchen with full range of equipment and high-caliber appliances, sets of dishes, mugs, glassware—all lovely. Bedrooms offered a range of bed sizes to suit all needs. A selection of books and games could entertain for days if the view savoring hadn't kept us occupied. We thank our hosts and count the days until our next visit!

This was our 4th year visiting what we call “The Cabin” and I still cannot say enough good things about Alyssa and Otis and their gorgeous home! If you’re looking for incredible hosts, luxury living and an overall peaceful experience then look no further! This is the place! Seriously… stop looking… book it. You won’t regret it!
