Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Riverside County

Loved the property and the condo for a couple night’s stay while we checked out Joshua Tree Park and the surrounding areas. We enjoyed having the hot tub right outside the room and the pool and lazy river were great for a warm afternoon, even though we stayed in early February. The condo was super clean and the huge deck was a lovely addition too. Indio was very responsive when we had questions too!

Great place to relax after a long day of hiking. Just off the main road and pretty walkable to the shops and restaurants in the town.

Paige's place felt very welcoming. The place was clean, organized, and nicely decorated. From the amenities provided to the little touches around the place indicating effort, we felt cared for and right at home. We also appreciated the responsive line of communication with the hosts. This made our stay feel like the perfect getaway.

My friends and I were thrilled to step inside and find a sunlit living room and kitchen, perfectly prepared for us to enjoy. The hosts even had peaceful music playing upon our arrival, which was a thoughtful and lovely touch. Every amenity was exactly as described, with our absolute favorite being the outdoor pool/jacuzzi. It was truly one of a kind — imagine a spacious jacuzzi or a small pool (with the heat turned off). It quickly became a highlight of our stay. The location was also a pleasant surprise, with a vacant lot right across the street offering added privacy. We were initially concerned about noise levels with 10 people in the house, but the soundproofing was exceptional, making for a peaceful and relaxing environment. We had an incredible time celebrating two birthdays, and the house had everything a large group could need to spread out and stay entertained. A huge thank you to the hosts for sharing their beautiful home — we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is great, loved it for our group. Well stocked & felt really private, didn't worry about disturbing neighbors. The pool area is really nice, and the game room was awesome. Edgar was always very quick to respond to our messages. Our only comment for improvement is the restroom. Signs say you can’t flush anything not even toilet paper which is not a problem at all. However, the trash cans provided are tiny & had no bags. We put our own supermarket bag in it & upon doing that you can fit about 4 tissues & the trash is full. We used boxes & put bags we had brought ourselves to line them. Blinds are extremely delicate & fall every time you try to open & close them. Over all great house & great host.

We stayed for a month and it was fantastic. The location is great - near grocery stores, restaurants, downtown and the freeway. It was well stocked with essentials such as paper towels, dish soap, coffee, etc. The out door space was great. The host answered any questions very promptly. Only negative is the airport is nearby and it is on the flight path of planes taking off. We would definitely stay again if we were coming back to the USA.

This worked out great. Will absolutely try to stay here again next year for the Indian Wells tournament. This listing is for "vacation owner" hotel suites, managed by livesuites. They place a booking for you at this hotel, under your name. All you need is the confirmation number and your name to check in. The Marriott does offer a timeshare meeting to encourage purchase, but we didn't do it. Super clean, comfortable and 10 min away from our event. Can't say enough good things!!

Britta’s home was a wonderful last-minute vacation for our family. Britta was extremely responsive and great throughout the entire process. I highly recommend and look forward to a future trip.

From the moment I booked in, communication with Raul was smooth and I got all my questions answered. Checking in was simple and just as he explained. The apartment is located very close to downtown Palm Springs where you can enjoy many restaurants and shopping, but far enough to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains and a calm atmosphere. Raul is a great host and keeps the apartment clean. I hope it will be available next time I need to come to town. Thanks!

Really comfortable and nice place! Was great for Coachella as the property has a shuttle to and from the festival grounds that you can buy a pass to upon arrival.
