Holiday rentals with beach access in Riviera Maya

We loved our stay! The location is beautiful and just steps away from the ocean. Jorge was very attentive and had great recommendations!

Stefania's place is as seen in the pictures, and things work as expected: the AC in the bedroom works well; kitchen is fully stocked; Internet is fast; a jug of drinking water was provided. The outdoor patio is really nice, especially in the morning as the sun is coming up, and in the evening when the temperature cools off. The location is close to restaurants and the Ultramar ferry terminal for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The bedroom has air conditioning, but the main unit does not. It wasn't an issue for us, as a nice ocean breeze came in through the windows and back-door when we were there. It really helped to keep the front-door open. The room was warm but not hot. As others have noted, there can be loud noise from car speakers and loud motorcycles later in the evening.

By far the best experience i’ve had. Location was great, Walkable places. Beautifull view from the balcony. Definitely coming back and was worth it.

Very relaxing place to stay! We loved the pool and easy access to the beach with showers to wash off before coming back from the beach. The view of the ocean and the lagoon from the condo were beautiful, allowing you to see both the sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend The Caribbean Galleon restaurant just a short walk away from the condominium (Cash only). We would definitely return!

So happy we booked this unit. Very spacious , clean and amazing view from the bedroom and living room window. We left wishing we had stayed longer. The amenities ( kitchen/ in unit washer and dryer/ safe/ tv/ full size dining table/ balcony ) made it very convenient! The gym is right below and although small we were up early and able to enjoy. The air conditioning worked extremely well and having blackout curtain made it easy to sleep at night. Overall we were extremely impressed with how clean the building/grounds and pool were. Stunning beach that was very well cared for daily and lots of huts available and fresh beach towels every day. Good security on the property . Overall we were very impressed. Beautiful stay! Very comfortable for our family of 4!! So nice to have beach gear (chairs, beach blanket, snorkels/fins/masks/small umbrella) and household basics provided (tp, dish soap, drinking water, shower soaps, napkins, cooking oils and spices, and ground coffee). We enjoyed the back yard space a bunch. Loved the coffee shop treats in the Am. It's a lovely comfortable spot.

Manuel and Mayezka were very responsive. The bed is comfortable and the shower quite nice for Mexico standards. Powerful AC keeps the bedroom quite cold and the rest of the house a moderate temperature. It is a 15 minute walk from the beach. I felt very safe, even as a single woman. Enjoyed the private courtyard a lot. Only downsides, the kitchen is not very well stocked and I ended up taking a taxi into town almost every day via the InDrive app. Oh! Do yourself a favor and visit Kaawa Coffee Roaster/ Shop just a few blocks away! Full ham & cheese croissant sandwich with lettuce and tomato for $3 USD. Also, many people say there are so many expats in Playa that one does not need to speak Spanish, which is not true in this part of town (Nicte-ha). I'm in another AirBnB now that is walkable to 5th Ave for the same price, but the quality is severely lacking in comparison. So, if you are looking for a high quality place and don't mind taking a Taxi, this is a great choice!

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

Gianella's home is beautiful, spacious, safe, artistic (incredible paintings), and inspiring. The beds are comfortable beyond our expectation. The waves lull you to sleep at night. All bedrooms are on the second floor, all have AC. The master oceanfront room (green bedding) has it's own walk-in bathroom and shower, and an additional sink and area for luggage and storage. The second king size oceanfront room (mosquito net and wooden bed posts) shares a bathroom with the quaint spacious library with the double and twin beds. All rooms upstairs stay cool with the AC. Downstairs gets warm, but the ocean wind helps. There were ample beach chairs and umbrella, as well as beach mats to lie on, and the private beach and gentle waves with perfect turquoise water was like a dream. Highly, highly recommend. Gianella was flexible with us as we had elderly family members, and a later departing flight, very kind, good energy. Safe, gated neighbourhood. Alarm system.

The house is a great Location on the island with beautiful sunrises over the ocean as well as the sunset from the very top. Three couples enjoyed the three separate bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. That kitchen and living space was perfect. We all had a wonderful experience on the island and this house made it all the better.!

First, I would like to express my gratitude for the level of help Mac gave to, two very old, technically challenged travelers. It was dark and rainy, and we were travel weary. Mac stayed on the phone with us until we reached his amazing Airbnb. I have been renting beach houses for 15 years and this place by far was the most impressive place yet. We had several tours planned, and we truly did not want to leave paradise to explore Tulum, but we did. The area is not only historically and culturally rich, but has everything you can expect from a tropical beach environment. Also, a big thank you to Edwin and his lovely wife who were great neighbors, we only saw them when we needed them ☺️ Jim and Dawn

There are no words to describe the peace that one feels when coming to this special place. The island itself is magical as well as this place. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in the house. Went to sleep listening to the waves and woke up listening to the sweet sound. Truly epic adventure.

Wendy was wonderful to work with! The location of the condo can't be beat. The views are breathtaking and it's secluded but also close to all the shops and restaurants. It was quiet and peaceful with friendly neighbors. Our family had the most amazing time on our trip and felt really at home in the condo.

Fernando’s place is clean, central, and exactly like the photos. We loved the rooftop pool and massive hot tub; we went in early April and it was never crowded. The building was always staffed with concierge and we always felt safe. We travelled with an 18m toddler and while the Airbnb is not baby-proof, Fernando was able to accommodate a high chair and crib for a small fee. Having the washer and dryer in unit was very convenient. You can’t drink the tap water but fresh water is provided in those 5 gallon water containers. The kitchen is well stocked and even had a blender and kettle. We loved the supermarket named Selecto just a few steps away on 10th Avenue with fresh seafood, pastries, steaks, and lots more. Overall, we’d highly recommend this Airbnb to other travellers.

This was an amazing stay! We even overheard a couple staying at an all inclusive when we were at a different beach, they did not enjoy that hotel as much as they did at the Residences Reef. Host was very responsive as well. Overall highly recommend!

Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

everything went great! check in and check out was super quick and easy. easy access to the ocean had nice pool and kids pool. host checked up on us to make sure everything was going great.

Hello the whole stay was very good, it was clean there was only one detail in one of the bathrooms you bathed and the water came out of the shower which caused the bathroom floor to be all wet
