Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

We are in Brunate, a small village on the mountains overlooking Como Lake. The house borders the forest, and often - in the evening or early in the morning - you can see animals in the garden. If you are interested in a jet boat ride, you have only to ask. I will be happy to accompany you to discover the most beautiful lake's villas. The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
