It is a seaside paradise that has not yet been urbanized. It is a beach with good waves for surfing so there is an atmosphere all year round. Parking is available inside the plot. El Palmar Beach is a very nice place to enjoy. Its central location allows easy visits to the city of Cádiz and other historic towns in the area (Vejer de La Frontera, Tarifa, Medina Sidonia, etc.)

There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

Country house on a 700-meter garden plot, with a natural stone pool, pergola, solar shower, located at the gates of a large public pine forest, a five-minute drive and about a 30-minute walk from an extraordinary beach along a forest road through the pine forest. Very comfortable and cozy house, with a careful decoration. The surroundings are ideal for walking, it also has a horse riding center very close, the beach for surfing and several golf courses less than 5 minutes away.

La Estrella

The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Near the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.
