Relax in this quiet and elegant house with terrace. A swimming pool available as well as a wooded garden of more than one hectare, in the countryside but 7 minutes from a shopping center. 1st bedroom: 30 m2 with 1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 bed 90 x 200. 2nd bedroom: 14 m2 with 2 beds 90 x 200 or 1 king size bed. New bedding + duvets + pillows (2025). New washing machine. 2 refrigerators. 20 minutes from the sea: Royan, Meschers sur Gironde. Close to Saintes, Bordeaux, Cognac, La Rochelle, Iles Oléron and Ré.

Charming and bright new flat

Particuliers, Mireille et Philippe louent ce studio 25 m2 totalement indépendant, avec entrée privative. Au premier étage d'une belle maison située dans un quartier calme, c'est la douceur de vivre assurée à 2 km du centre ville. La terrasse de 15m2 est un plus pour vous ressourcer en contemplant l'orée du bois en fond de jardin.Vous pourrez disposer d un garage à vélos fermant à clés et d un accès à la piscine . Pour information notre habitation est située à 3 km de l'accès de l'autoroute A10.

In the countryside, 12 min from Rochefort, 30 min from La Rochelle , in a house from 1789, with the charm of yesteryear ( living room with stone walls and tiles) with all modern comforts. Living room with a sofa bed BZ 140, a BZ 1 pers, dining area, kitchen with L.linge, dishes, oven, gas hob, ref/cong., M waves, coffee maker, kettle ... a WC, a bedroom with 140 bed and wardrobe (umbrella bed on request) and its bathroom with shower and vanity cabinet ( a second cottage 4 people available)

Charming Cottage between sea and countryside

In the heart of a wooded park, comfortable cottage, within the grounds of our property. Quiet, between the beaches of Saint Palais (7 min), and the banks of the Seudre in Mornac (3 min by car). 5 min walk to all the shops in the village. Great for a relaxing stay, our house has an outdoor swimming pool that opens onto a park in the middle of the fields. (Unheated pool) It also houses a Shala, yoga and meditation room, accessible to our guests on request.
