Holiday rentals with breakfast in Rochester

Super nice host—explained everything really clearly. The place was clean, comfy, and in a quiet, cute spot. No complaints, would stay again.

We stayed at the Cozy Nook for a weekend dance competition. It’s was so close to the venue which made it easy to get back and forth. It worked perfect for our group of 7!! Julie was so great with all communication and very responsive every time I messaged her. We hope to stay at the Cozy Nook on our next visit to Rochester!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was great to bring our pup along. The house is in a great location, just minutes away from grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. We were impressed by all the small details to make the stay easy and comfortable. Instructions were clear for everything, toiletries were provided in case you forget something. We all enjoyed our stay here!

This house is amazing! Absolutely PERFECT.. if you need it, it's there! we just kept saying our entire stay "so cute, look at this, these kitchen cabinets are amazing, so clean" you will absolutely not be upset staying here. Well appointed, clean and nice location. Nestled along a walking trail beside a creek the duplex is only a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the Mayo Clinic and downtown. Broc dis a stellar job of communicating as well. Couldn’t have been more pleased! Thank you.

Our stay was great, we own an arbnb in Nebraska, so we know what is expected and txerlee's did a good job. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing home and area. I felt comfortable and right at home. The house is spotless and you’re surrounded by nature. Tim was wonderful and welcomed me into the home (sorry for running late!). My gps is outdated and said arrived at the neighbors house next door and the neighbor was kind enough to direct me. I loved my stay so much I really hope to visit the Rochester area again very soon and stay here again. I couldn’t have selected a better option! Shanna truly cares about her guests and makes sure you have everything that you need!
