Deck extending over pond is available for swimming and fishing. Licensed fishing preserve-no license required. Hiking trails available. Excellent birding. No cleaning charge. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.

It's the perfect setting for social distancing or a new spot to work from home.
