Very quiet and peaceful. Toys for kids to play with was an excellent amenity.

The place was well appointed and the location was perfect for our visit. It was very comfortable for visiting with our friends. Would stay there again.

Mark was responsive and easy to work with. The place was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The yard was private and shaded where we enjoyed conversation and cocktails with friends. The decor of the house was simple yet beautiful. We would definitely stay here again as it was so close to USCB where our daughter attends college.

We had a blast on our trip, it was right on the outskirts of downtown Savannah which was ideal for because we wanted to be close to everything but have a safe and secure place to stay at night. It was only about 15 minutes from all things to do in Savannah!! The house was super clean, had lots of towels and everything we needed for the kitchen. All the television already had streaming services on them which was nice! The beds were also very comfortable and slept so well. Overall we had a great time and it was a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We definitely recommend this home and will hopefully be back when we visit Savannah again! Also definitely check out Treylor Park Pizza Party restaurant for the best pizza ever and Savannah Smiles Bar, we had a blast there and it was a very comfortable fun atmosphere.

We absolutely loved our stay at Patrick’s place!! He and his team were life savers after we had to leave our first place in Savanah due to some issues. Their customer service was top-notch, and the home was gorgeously appointed and ideally located — it lives up to the Luxury name!!! Great beds, high end finishes, private, secure garage parking, elevator, and a 240v plug for charging EV vehicles was a huge plus. The kitchen was beautiful and functional, and we especially enjoyed playing Clue at the dining room table in the evenings. :) We loved grilling on the deck and lounging by the fire pit. It’s a great neighborhood for walking your dog, and the bakery down the street is fantastic!!! Easy 15 minute walk along the river to historic downtown, 10-15 minute drive to most of Savannah, or hop on the ferry to get to the convention center. A quiet neighborhood right on the water, but still close to everything. We truly loved our stay and hope to come back when we’re in Savannah again!!

We loved the townhouse. It was much closer than expected to river street and it was a beautiful space. We would stay again for sure. Thank you for having us!

The home is lovely. The location is peaceful. I like the fact that it was a walk to the river and downtown; it made for a wonderfully relaxing stay. We had a couple sticky moments, but the host responded quickly and helped us handle everything. I can’t recommend this home enough if you are on a trip to Savannah.

We loved staying at Janet’s place for the weekend! It was in a great location right near the park and still walkable to the historic district and riverfront. The porch and backdoor patio were also perfect for enjoying the nice weather. The unit itself was also bigger than expected which was a nice surprise.
