Family-friendly holiday rentals in Roda

We have greatly enjoyed the house, the surrounding area and the circuits where the children have trained. The house is spacious, tidy and nicely located as far as we are concerned. We want to spend the entire Christmas holiday again in Vistabella Golf. If we go in the same composition, I definitely want to use this home again.

From start to finish, we had a great week away. the pool was amazing, as it was heated, so completely useable for our whole stay. the villa itself was a great place to stay. overall, a great place, and a great host. thanks Jesus for being so responsive to requests and messages whilst we were there.

Great stay, perfect hosts, perfect communication. We highly recommend the house is very well equipped. On the other hand, a car is required.

Daniel is a very kind host who responds quickly. The house has plenty sun and shadow spots, the jacuzzi on the roof is perfect located. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Excellent,prompt communications from hosts. Apartments as described. We were on a golfing holiday and Roda golf club is within 400m of the property. The 30% discount on golf rates would be very useful if you did not purchase a golf package

Pedro is the most attentive host you can imagine. He is super friendly, the place super cozy. Everything perfect!

We know MMGR well from previous stays, but it was 5 years ago. It is one nice, well cared for and safe place for big and small. If we had any questions, the host responded very quickly and things worked out in a nice way. A nice host in one nice and pleasant place.

The listing is a little worn and tired but there was absolutely everything you need for a great stay. What the apartment lacked cosmetically was made up by a beautiful peaceful location, just a few steps from the beach and a great jetty to swim off and sunbathe ! The sunrise is stunning too ! Not to be missed. It’s a great base to explore the Mar Menor region of which I did including Los Alcazares and Cabo de Palos . It’s a beautiful village and oh the cafeteria across the road ! Private compact 5th floor flat set 2 streets back from 5 min walk to sea. With fabulous uninterrupted panoramic view of Mediterranean sunrise (March) Definitely would recommend

This villa is wonderful, perfect for a golf trip, or family vacation with lots of things to do nearby if you have a rental car. If you don't, then the kids will love the pool and the playground, and the adults will love the peaceful and private surroundings. There was an issue with the AC during our stay, but Spencer was proactive in communicating with us, compensating us and making accommodations such as fans in each room (good ones as well) to ensure we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

Everything as advertised. Very nice pool. It had air 3 air-conditioned. The only thing for putting on something is that the pillows and mattresses were a little uncomfortable. The sofa bed is very fair for two people to sleep. Otherwise everything was great. To repeat.

Wonderful house in an exclusive resort ideal for golfers and families. Very stylish and welcoming, fully equipped and with all the appliances you can think of. We had an amazing time!

This is a lovely private villa with a view of the sea. The facilities were great and it was really good to have a private pool and seating area to chill out in. We've been to the area many times and know that there everything you need in a walk or short drive. The only negative thing to say is that there is always building work going on which is sadly normal for Spain where new properties are always in demand. But, it wasn't every day as it was Christmas. Viviane was very responsive throughout the time we were there, letting us know when there was a water issue in the area for a few hours and keeping us up to date during it. We have both said that we would love to visit the villa again in the near future as it is perfect for a couple or small family. A great relaxing holiday and it was a shame to go home.

We spotted this place online in an area we wanted to explore. During the booking process and check in Hilmar was fantastic.He gave clear and helpful advice and offered a shuttle service(for a small fee) from the airport (which we accepted) we arrived at Alicante and after a few messages were picked up and taken to La Mata to the accommodation. The accommodation is beautiful and just what we needed...there is a communal pool on site and shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The beach is a picturesque walk through woodland and across a boardwalk (10-15 mins) The whole stay and travel process was amazing but I must point out Hilmar is the best host I have ever encountered... Dont hesitate to book this place it's just fantastic. Thanks Hilmar &Katherina

We stayed 12 nights in the Villa. It’s a very clean, spacious an quiet place with a beautiful pool and outside area. The booking and check in was very easy and pleasant, Jane and her local caretakers were very friendly and helpful. We were in touch with them during the entire stay and even though most things were self explanatory, we could call or text them when we needed some help or advice. We had a wonderful time in the Villa and would highly recommend the place to anyone who’s looking for some peaceful time away from the crowded hotspots with family and/or friends.

A lovely spacious home in a peaceful area, (February) with more than sufficient equipment supplied for an enjoyable stay. It is scarcely 5 mins walk to supermarket and many good restaurants, to suit all tastes. We appreciated the drinking water filtering system which meant not having to carry any back from supermarket. A taxi back from La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre was approx €8. Some info on a local bus service, which I think runs from the front of the Consum supermarket area, would have been appreciated. We enjoyed the roof terrace and the comfy beanbags for sunbathing. The pool appeared a little chilly for this time of year so we didn't try it. Car parking very convenient and safe when it's underground and locked in. Veronika responds very quickly, we only had 2 minor queries. One thing to note is that when interior lights are on at night in the living room, the sun blinds do not make the room private - it is very easy to see quite clearly in through them from outside!

Lovely stay as always. Always fast response if there is any issue. Amazing value for family’s as there is so much in the area. Will come again.
