Welcome to our beautiful townhouse in Roda. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and a washing machine. The house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed with a Juliette balcony. The second bedroom contains two single beds. Both rooms have a TV. (Travel cot available on request). There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and a walk-in shower (ground floor). The second bathroom has a toilet and a bath with an overhead shower (first floor). The living room has a 4 seater dining room table and TV with a wide variety of channels and internet access. There is a patio over looking the pool with a 4 seater outdoor dining table. Additionally there are 4 sun loungers for your exclusive use. You have use of the communal swimming pool that is restricted for use by units within the block only, wrist bands to allow access will be provided. Linen and bathroom towels are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Additionally, a welcome pack will be provided with the basics to make tea/coffee upon your arrival. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - Free parking. - Pets are not allowed.

Amazing villa in Roda Golf with all facilities

Great new family owned villa located in Roda Golf resort, just 45 min from Alicante airport. Spacious villa of 153 sqm, with 4 bedrooms, a total of 8 beds and 3,5 bathrooms. Full fitted kitchen and a laundry room. Private pool in the garden. Big roof top terrace with great views over the golf course, the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. 1 km away from the nice coast town Los Alcázares, with good restaurants, shopping and a beautiful beach. Great area for golf, bike riding and hiking.

Luxury Penthouse Madreselva 62-29

Wake up feeling wonderfully rested and have breakfast on the balcony. Then sunbathe on the solarium or take a dip in the pool with a drink along the impressive turquoise lagoon. In the afternoon a tapas lunch on the beach or on the terrace. There are many public beaches to visit in the nearby villages (10 minutes). There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.

Araguaney is a duplex flat located on the 2nd floor, it is spacious and modern with a private terrace perfect to disconnect and enjoy, within a community in the centre of Roda. At street level there is a bar and a small supermarket. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with free access to the communal swimming pool and a parking space in the communal car park (option of a second parking space at extra cost). It is 500m from the Roda Golf Club, 2 km from Los Alcázares and its beaches.

The lounge and master bedroom look out onto beautiful gardens. The garden area is bathed in sunshine for the vast majority of the day and the large swimming pool is just a few steps away. Wonderfully private, with a large terrace that wraps across the front of the lounge and master bedroom. Perfectly located inside the private Roda Golf & Beach Resort, just a short stroll (or 1 minute drive) from the Roda golf course, club house, restaurant, driving range, putting and chipping greens.

The best & most valued Beachhouse in Mar Menor , with everything you need for your holidays near the beach in a modern, renovated, clean & well-kept home. There are several shops, restaurants, bars, leisure areas & the beach just a few meters away, which allows you to do everything on foot. Free parking area. The house has SE orientation and has sun almost all day long. The large terrace allows refreshing moments in the evening, but in an intimate way. AC/CC and fans in all rooms.

Amazing apartment for holiday rental located in Los Alcazares, 50 m from the sea. The apartment is decorated with attention to every detail so that the guests feel comfortable, it is also fully equipped. A terrace overlooking the sea and beautiful gardens with exotic plants allows you to relax. The beach isa 3-minute walk from the beach, and there are plenty of water attractions surfing , kitessurfing , windsurf school, swimming club, water equipment rental ( Spinosa Center ) etc.
