Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Roda

Apartment is in absolutely best location within walking distance to main square and the beach. Even up into Pillar town if you don’t mind walking. Had air con and heating which is a bonus. Coffee machine is a great touch as was the bottle of wine on arrival. I would stay again. Tv is Spanish but you have access to Netflix and prime and wifi.

The apartment is as described. The area is great because you can reach many beaches. We arrived late and their parents gave us the keys. They are very kind. I recommend this apartment. To do the shopping you have Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi and 2 Chinese shops if you are missing something for the beach.

Better than we expect. The apartment was very clean, had everything you need, good location , very friendly host, very good communication. Everything is perfect. And best of all, the fantastic ocean view. Thank you very much Mercedes, we will definitely be back

For the place, without words, we loved it, everything clean, super tidy and spacious. Amazing how modern it is, you can tell that it is renovated with affection. No doubt, recommended to 200%. had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

Absolutely excellent place in every way. A great place to stay. Spacious, super clean, well equipped and pleasantly located. Being right next door to El Corte Ingles supermarket is a real bonus. Nice bakery/coffee shop practically underneath the appartment block as well. The excellent La Malaka Cafe is also nearby. So as an appartment and as a neighbourhood it works really well. One of the best Air BnBs we have stayed at.

We had a fabulous stay! Very spacious, clean modern house with fantastic views to the sea. So many places to sit, relax, read and have a drink as the sun goes down. The pool is bigger than it looks on the photos and creates a very relaxing and private space. Cristin was so attentive and helpful both before and during our stay. And Denise gave us a warm welcome and a useful tour of the house and information about the local area. We took a taxi from Alicante airport and walked to the supermarket, beach and local restaurants. We now need to find a time to come back!

Lovely accommodation and decor really recommend!

We had an excellent stay! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful even before our check-in, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring everything was ready for our arrival. They were also very accommodating with check-in and check-out times, making the process smooth and stress-free. The space was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described, making our stay truly enjoyable. There are supermarkets available at walkable distance for people who don't drive will be helpful. There are plenty of beaches around too. I highly recommend this host and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

A great location in a peaceful part of the town just a few minutes walk from the waterfront. I particularly liked the dual balconies, nice place to sit and relax in the evening. Would come again, possibly next year!

A warm welcome from Briant to a lovely modern 2 bed apartment with a spacious south west facing balcony. The heated outdoor pool was a real bonus in March. Easy to walk to Zenia Boulevard, beach and local restaurants. A secure development including secure parking for our car. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Very nice clean,new apartment. There is absolutely everything for your stay, including shampoos,soap, washing powder. Each room has a heater it is very important when staying in cold season. Everything is clean ,nice ,new renovation. Very calm and quiet. Would recommend!
