Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Situated in the Paraje Natural Karst de Yeso, (Nature Reserve), of Los Molinos del Rio Aguas, Sorbas. La Casita contains the basic solar power requirements on a low energy consumption. 20 meters from the beach. All services , bar, bakery, cafeteria, pharmacy ... Quiet place ideal for rest. Two bedrooms: first bedroom, one double bed. Second bedroom, double bed one single in bunk bed (Children love it). The house is located in a pedestrian street. It has a table outside the house, where you can eat sunbathing. IDEAL!!!
