Everything was perfect, I wouldn't put less than a 10. The complex is beautiful, super quiet and conveniently located for a few relaxing days. In addition, Raffaella was super friendly and attentive from minute 1. If we come back to Almeria we will definitely repeat!

This apartment has left us with very good memories and it is the best rental we have ever been in! You have views of the Sea that are wonderful, you will not be left indifferent. All the rooms in the apartment are very spacious and have a lot of light throughout the day. The apartment is very quiet, it was impeccably clean, very good air conditioning, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, we have tested it by teleworking two people. It is especially well equipped with everything you need for a long stay. We have had no problem parking in the area of ​​the apartment and there is also a parking lot less than 5 minutes away. We have only used the car to make several excursions, walking you have direct access to the beach and promenade and also to all kinds of shops, supermarkets and many bars and restaurants. The arrival process was very good, the girl who welcomed gave us very good recommendations. You can rent this place without hesitation, we return in winter to telework from here for 8 weeks.

Tim was very friendly, he didn't put any problems to adapt to the departure and entry times we need. The house is very, very nicely equipped. He left us water, toilet paper, beach towels, paintings and notebook for the girl...nothing was missing. Many thanks for everything Tim!!!!

The apartment is very comfortable, great advantage to have 2 bathrooms and fans in the rooms as well as air conditioning in the dining room. Fantastic location to access the beach and a wonder the parking space where we entered without a car and trailer.

The apartment was very clean and very nice. You also had a lot of freedom of movement. In addition, you could easily inquire about the area on foot. The only downside is it can be a bit noisy partly through the main road. But otherwise the place was highly recommended.

We were with our baby and our stay was very comfortable! Everything was very clean and the pool was very quiet and accessible.

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

That I can say about Meri the best of the best gave us a lot of places to look out for us at all times a lovely person we go that because of the times I talk to her about wasa and phone I took her even fond. We went 2 adults with 2 10-year-old girls and the truth is that we have been very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few quiet days and it was quite clean. We enjoyed the pool and common areas, we slept quite well. Overall, we've had a great time. Maria was very friendly and explained everything very well. Although the area is a little out of the way, it has easy access to the village of Vera and supermarkets. We'll definitely be back!!!
