Charming cottage in beautiful nature with sauna

Hugely charming wooden house located on 5000 m2 of undisturbed surroundings overlooking a scenic and protected area with heathland. Occasionally, a deer or two will stop by. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the Kromose area. A quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 meters walking distance on a path. Enjoy your morning coffee and tranquility on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights in the winter months.

You get Tønder's best location right in the heart of Tønder overlooking large park, Vidåen and Tøndermarsken. The house is only 200 meters from the pedestrian street. The townhouse is from 1850 and is modernized in 2024 with underfloor heating in the kitchen, utility room and bathroom. You get 105 m2 on the 2nd floor and beautiful pedestrian street with various shops, cafes and restaurants.

Historically protected merchant's farm

The old grocery farm is built in 1760. Exciting listed building. Located in the historic center of Højer, it bears witness to the time when marsh farmers served well on the trade of oxen abroad. The house is characterized by its age and has many original elements such as baroque doors, Dutch tiles. The part that is rented as a holiday home is about 100m2. You enter from the garden side in Dielen (transverse hallway) from here there is access to living room (Pissel) bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The garden is non-toxic and sheltered.

Kleinees Deichhaus Nordfriesland

Recovery and deceleration in the middle of the green meadows of North Frisia. The spacious and stylish Kleine Dichhaus is located in the very north of Germany in the immediate vicinity of the island of Sylt and Denmark. Our 2015 fully renovated vacation home on the foundations of 1895 stands on an old indoor dyke. The south-east terrace and the garden offer an unobstructed view over the meadows. From the north-west terrace you look across the fields to Denmark. There are two car parking spaces available.

Nice townhouse overlooking the marsh.

You will be staying close to the Wadden Sea, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluse, arts and crafts. The home: Ground floor contains a small kitchen, hallway with stairs to 1st floor, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, dining room, and TV room. TV with the option to cast. 1st floor, small toilet, two bedrooms with double beds. You bring your own bed linen and towels.

Outdoor thatched roof, interior unique design

The house has been newly renovated and has a particularly unique furniture with love of detail. The house has a large garden with fire bowl where every summer night becomes a beautiful memory. In the immediate vicinity (10 km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two railway stations you are on Sylt. Not only in summer is the cottage a popular travel destination, even in winter it impresses with its coziness to which the stove in the living area contributes.

Cozy thatched cottage in a quiet location close to the North Sea. Fully equipped and on a large property. You will occupy the house alone and the garden is also available for your exclusive use. From Humptrup, the North Sea is about 20 km away! The ideal starting point for day trips to the North Frisian islands and Halligen (e.g. Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, Hooge, Oland, Hamburger Hallig). The Nolde Museum is in the immediate vicinity and Denmark is only 3 km away.

Peaceful oasis right in front of Sylt

Spend a great holiday in the beautiful, flat North Frisia, infinite expanse, beautiful nature and the sea not far. Denmark, the islands of Sylt, Föhr and Amrum are very easy to reach. For any day trips to Sylt, there is the car train, which departs from Niebüll or the passenger train departing from Klanxbüll. Föhr and Amrum can be reached from Dagebüll "The gate to the islands" by ferry. The Halligen can also be reached from there.
