The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Paradise in the countryside

Quiet, small house in the Puderbacher Land with beautiful excursion destinations. It consists of a living-dining room with stove, a small kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a small bathroom with shower and window and a reading-game room. This includes a small terrace with a marquee and a 500 m² garden. It is not completely fenced! Adjacent is a large nature conservation meadow, which is adjacent to the forest. It is located in a small village, the forest is 150 meters away.

In the village and within walking distance there is a butcher's shop with a mini-market, a doctor's office and an Italian restaurant. More stores are available in approx. 5 minutes by car.
