Directly in front of it is the associated parking space under a carport. The apartment is 42 square meters. From the entrance area, the bedroom (with access to the private balcony) as well as the bathroom (with access to the private terrace) is accessible. The living/dining area with open kitchen is accessible via a staircase to the upper floor.

Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar holiday region, but the Bavarian Forest National Park and the cities of Straubing, Regensburg and Passau are also not far away.

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.
