Small artist's cocoon, 2 rooms of 55m2 on the outskirts of Paris in a new building, very bright with balcony and open views. A 6-minute walk from the "Serge Gainsbourg" station (line 11, whose terminus is Châtelet, which can be reached in 25 minutes). Ideal for visiting Paris… The surrounding area is nice and handy for shopping and dining. No parties or pets. My neighbors want calm and respectful guests. Maximum two people per booking.
