The Hobbit Story I

Situat la țară, în apropierea Parcului Național Piatra Craiului, în pădurea de lângă un lac cu pești, coliba cu farmecul ei de poveste te poartă într-o altă lume, departe de rutina cotidiană. Se încearcă imitarea unui trai arhaic. Are un design unic. Autonom și ecologic. Coliba nu se adresează celor pretențioși, este o experiență nu o simpla cazare. Fără curent electric de la rețea, cu un sistem fotovoltaic de 10 W pentru a încarca telefoane si 2 becuri pentru a ilumina noaptea.

The apartment is located in the old city centre, within a 1 minute walk from the Constanta Casino and a 5 minutes walk from the bus stop or the Neversea Festival. The airport is 25 km away. Even if you arrive late, you will still be able to shop for whatever you need as there are a few stores opened 24/7. In 300 meters you will find all the seaside restaurants from Constanta Port or the pubs from Constanta Old City Centre. Nearby you can also find pharmacies, banks, pastry shops.

The old barn recreates the atmosphere of the end of the 18th century,offering the current and modern confort. Also,the “OLD WOODEN BARN” offers a wonderful and unique view of the pine forest that surrounds this dream landscape. .

A suspended mountain cabin for slow days at the edge of the Retezat Mountains Set in a quiet natural setting, this suspended cabin offers space, privacy, and uninterrupted views. Designed for relaxation, the cabin includes an open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and generous balconies overlooking the surrounding landscape. A modern apartment, consisting of 2 bedrooms, open space kitchen, a generous bathroom and a terrace with panoramic views of the ALBA CAROLINA historical areas. It is centrally located, 3 minutes walk from Alba Iulia Fortress, Reunification Cathedral, Union Museum, Fortress Square, etc. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds, with Smart TV. The property has free parking, Wifi internet, air conditioning, TV in each room, fully furnished and equipped kitchen.

Private jacuzzi Studio

This studio apartment has a total surface of 100 m2, half of them being the big terrace which host the very intimate private jacuzzi. This is the perfect couple spot, because the line of walnuts which is near the terrace offers the exact amount of natural privacy needed to fully enjoy the jacuzzi. The apartment is an open-space studio with a king size bed, a couch, a dining area and a kitchenette. Smoking is not allowed inside, is allowed only on terrace.

The Tiny House is a cozy, friendly, house on wheels in the middle of the nature, surrounded by mountains, with all the comfort of a home, yet just a short drive to the city of Brasov! Designed to accommodate a comfortable stay for couples, solo adventurers and people who love nature! It has an easy acces to winter sports in Poiana Brașov and also to summer activities like 4x4 tours, hiking, biking tours and many other outdoor activities.

Stunning House on the Hill Beautiful traditional Transylvanian wood house completely renovated with modern details! Situated on the hill, 300m off the E60 highway, this wood house from 1810s was fully renovated in 2016 by us. We included all modern conforts: floor heating, air conditioning, high end bathroom and beds. The kitchen is equipped at the minimum level with a sink, a small refrigerator and a coffee machine.
