The ground floor is composed of a fully equipped living room of 20 m2 and a bathroom with large walk-in shower. Upstairs the bedroom of 20 m2 offers a double bed and one single bed. The sofa bed on the ground floor completes the sleeping area. Safe parking of a car under shelter.
