This magnificent house of 130m2 can accommodate up to 6 people , an umbrella bed will also be available. You can take advantage of the private swimming pool with its pizza oven as well as a barbecue. Ideal for a stay for families or friends, it will offer you an exceptional setting, nestled in the heart of nature with a breathtaking view of the Eyrieux Valley. Its peaceful setting and amenities will ensure you have a nice stay. The pool is usable from May until late September.

Bâti sur un terrain de 9000m2, cette propriété est adossée au parc communal "le bois des naix" de 12 hectares. 2 salles de bains , 2chambres et 1 canapé lit du salon . Ainsi qu' un lit 2 places posé à l'extérieur sous une pergolas pour des nuits plus vacancielles et au calme. Équipements extérieurs: barbecue terrain de boules table de ping pong terrain de badminton piscine 5x8m 10 mn du géant casino et 15 mn du centre ville à pied. Lieu relativement calme.

Large house composed of two apartments. The one we rent is on the ground floor (about 110 m2), and ours is in the other part of the house, on the first floor. The rental apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms with 140 beds, plus another room with 120 bed and 1 90 bed, a bathroom, a toilet, a large living/kitchen area, a 40 m2 veranda, a wooded park with large 5X10 pool. Sunbathing with cushions and gas barbecue available.
