La “Casa Marina” di mq. 45, è stata da poco restaurata ed è ubicata nel centro storico di Milazzo, sul panoramico lungomare della “Marina Garibaldi”. Nel raggio di pochi metri si trovano i principali servizi: ristoranti, pizzerie, paninerie, bar, farmacie, supermercati . Il porto ed il terminal per le navi e aliscafi, per le Isole Eolie sono a circa 600 mt. Il castello Arabo-Normanno e l’antico borgo, a circa 300mt.
