Lovely place. Perfect if you go with children. There is a playground very close by, the lake is a downhill walk and there you can also drink or eat something. You can occasionally hear the neighbors / commotion in the evening but it is not bothering. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more.

Luca’s place was just what our family of five needed for a successful stay at Lake Garda! Even had parking for our large van!

The stay at the property was very pleasant, thanks to the perfect location, convenient to reach Peschiera del Garda and all the wonderful areas surrounding Lake Garda including the adjacent Gardaland and Movieland. The house is particularly cozy, warm and clean, it is also equipped with all the comforts indicated in detail, including waking coffee and wifi. It is surrounded by a lovely garden and is equipped with a comfortable parking space. The host Marco is a particularly kind, hospitable and affable person, he welcomed every request with the utmost availability and has always found a solution to each request with grace and cordiality. I recommend the accommodation to everyone in such a pleasant and comfortable place.
