This two-story barn conversion retains the rustic allure of its original structure while seamlessly embracing modern design elements. As you step into this cozy holiday home located in the heart of Sufers, you'll be immediately captivated by the beautiful views that surround you. The top floor boasts a spacious living room with a charming fireplace, and a dining area alongside a fully-equipped, open kitchen. On the expansive terrace you can soak up the sun until the late afternoon hours, as you take in the views of the mountains that stretch before you. There is a barbecue grill and a spacious dining table that comfortably seats six people, ideal for enjoying meals under the open sky in the warmer months. On the lower floor you will find a master bedroom with a kingsize bed (180cm), and a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bunk bed. The modern bathroom features a shower and a washing machine / tumble dryer. Downstairs is also a large storage room for you to store your skis, sledges and other bulky items. Please note that the bedrooms and bathrooms are not fully soundproofed. This construction enhances the authentic charm of the house, but may be less suitable for extended stays with friends. Therefore, for longer stays, we primarily recommend this accommodation for couples and families. Sufers is the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities in the Viamala region, escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In winter you can enjoy unique snow tours, go skiing, cross-country skiing or sledging. The Splügen-Tambo ski resort is only a 5-minute drive from Sufers. From spring to autumn, you can hike to breathtaking mountain lakes, collect mushrooms, climb rocks in the nearby "Magic Wood" boulder park, or simply take a walk around the tranquil Lake Sufers. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, seeking a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this charming barn conversion in Sufers is the ideal alpine retreat.

Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Paragliding and the Andeer mineral bath attract visitors all year round. Products are available fresh from the farm in the village, Volg in the neighboring village, Postbus stop right in front of the house.

The heart of the apartment is the new fully equipped kitchen within the Knight’s Hall (78 m 2). Uniquely, The huge fireplace and the baroque stucco work come from the 18th century dominates the rear wall of the Knight’s Hall apartment. The spacious bathroom (19 m 2) and the bedroom (23 m 2) were also freshened up in 2018. In addition to the outdoor seating area, a parking space is available.
