Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The luxurious Alm Chalet impresses with its typical alpine design. This hidden place in the middle of the local forests is your perfect retreat: protected from prying eyes, you can relax on the sunny mountain meadow in summer, in the Finnish sauna in winter and in the private outdoor whirlpool all year round. Malosco is a beautiful town in the Upper Non Valley in Trentino Alto Adige at an altitude of 1100 meters, pure air and panoramic views of the breathtaking Brenta Dolomites. Ski slopes such as Folgarida Marileva or the beautiful Val d'Ultimo or Obberegen in South Tyrol are all an hour away by car.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day
