Holiday rentals with a balcony in Roquebrune-sur-Argens

Wonderful people-watching from the balcony, (including a semi- marathon one Sunday morning) which gets the sun from morning to sunset and is very sheltered. The road is busy but for us the view of the sea and the mountains not only from the balcony but also from the large windows more than compensated for this. We arrived by train and could immediately go for dinner in one of the restaurants under the flat. We enjoyed the location, away from the busiest spots but an easy walk to and from the market. Le Suquet is just behind and the port from the day trips to the islands five minutes’ walk away. We saw films in the original version with French sub-titles (VOST) at two cinemas, made use of the buses (Palm App) to get to the villages… the mimosa was out…

Très bel appartement pour un court séjour en famille, proche de la plage et de la croisette ainsi que de la route qui permet de sortir de Cannes pour découvrir l'environnement. Très propre et fonctionnel. L'isolation acoustique des fenêtres est exceptionnelle. Tout petit bémol, si vous avez une grosse voiture, le box de stationnement est assez étroit. A recommander ...

This was our very first Airbnb stay as a family, and I’m sure it won’t be our last! The property delivered on all fronts — clean, well-equipped, and exactly as pictured online. The location was perfect for exploring Cannes, with everything within easy walking distance, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The apartment was very comfortable and welcoming — even our kittens settled in quickly and made themsleves at home! The only minor downside was the lack of a lift, which might be worth noting for those with mobility concerns or heavy luggage. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

Logement identique à la description. Il est propre et bien équipé. Il manque un éclairage extérieur ce qui fait que nous ne pouvions pas profitez de la terrasse. Beaucoup de règles de copropriété que nous n’avions pas connaissance. Les propriétaires des autres logements ne sont pas très agréable, nous avons eu des remontrances à la piscine (nous parlions soit disant trop fort). Les agents de l’agence Serrendy sont très disponible et sympa.

Nous avons passer un excellent weekend un appartement avec un design très agréable en plus d’être très bien situé Les hôte on était très réactif avec nous du début de notre séjour jusqu’à notre départ Je recommande fortement !!!

Le logement correspond aux photos, propre, équipé, communication impeccable. Le point faible (qui n’ont rien avoir avec l’appartement en soi) les voisins trop bruyants, et la petite rue vers la rue Antibes très sale ! Je ne sais pas comment la mairie de Cannes peut permettre ainsi !!! Sinon merci à Sandra pour l’accueil ! Je recommande

Très belle appartement, très fonctionnel. Emplacement exceptionnel! A 5 min de la plage, supermarché juste derrière, pas besoin d'utiliser de véhicule. GROS PLUS pour la place de parking. Très bonne communication avec Sandra. Je recommande!

We spend three weeks which was wonderful every thing was perfect , closed compound safe place and Helmi was very helpful and responding immediately for any questions. There is nearby walking distance to a supermarket and a bakery. Car is a must to visit other areas 12-20 minutes to Cannes . 2 bathrooms one of them upstairs for 4 bedrooms the only negative point. Definitely we will comeback again to this home because we felt like at our home since the first day . 5 stars place 👍
