Idéalement situé entre Nice et Cannes, près de Valbonne, Grasse (parfumeries), Pont du Loup, mer 20 min, montagne 1h, golf 18 trous Valbonne 10 min. Louons du samedi au samedi sauf accord préalable. Les animaux "sociables et bien élevés ;-)" sont les bienvenus.

A louer, appt meublé neuf, indépendant de 2 pièces pour 2 personnes. Ce logement se situe au rez-de chaussé, avec entrée indépendante, sans vis-à-vis et très lumineux. Logement climatisé, attenant à la villa des propriétaires qui seront là pour vous apporter toutes informations nécessaires. Juin à Septembre, accès à la piscine, partagée avec les propriétaires. Ménage compris. Arrivée 16h et départ 11h. Environnement calme, proche de toutes commodités (7 min à pied) et ligne de bus aéroport.

Petit STUDIO très bien équipée avec entrée et parking privé dans une grande Propriété avec piscine et jacuzzi chauffés du 15 avril au 30 octobre . La piscine extérieur et jacuzzi ainsi que le jardin sont partagés mais assez grand pour profiter chacun son espace de tranquillité . Je vis dans la bastide principale . Our house is located in a very quiet area and has a dominating view on its surroundings. Its atmosphere is peaceful serene and perfect to boost you up. Your flat, totally independant opens on its private terrasse and the garden. It has a private access by a stairway. The pool is heated on defined periods and is shared with us. Roquefort is ideally located to visit the area. It is a very convenient city with plenty of shops and restaurants or take away but you will need a car.
