Access to the Domain's swimming pool (Shared with the Domain's second gîte) A 6-hectare estate planted with more than 300 century-old olive trees that you can discover with good shoes. St François district accessible by car from the center of Grasse, by bus (Line 9 Jeanne Jugan) or even on foot (30 minutes with unevenness) The owners' house is still under construction but does not generate any nuisance.

Comfortable ground floor apartment (33 m2) with private garden/barbecue and pool-spa access. Renovated in 2019, in a residential area. Adjoins the owners' main residence (discreet couple 50-60 years old) on 2000 m2 of land. Ideally located between Nice and Cannes, near Valbonne, Grasse (perfumeries), Pont du Loup, 20 min to the sea, 1 hr to the mountains, 10 min to Valbonne 18-hole golf course. We rent from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed. "Sociable and well-behaved" pets are welcome.
