The place was in perfect cleanliness and the relationship with the host was correct and cordial.

The apartment is in great condition, the amenities are more than good and Lien's many little touches sweeten the day. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Right in front of the house are various shops, bars and restaurants and directly the beach. This was not my last stay at Lien's place!

A ver cozy place to stay, very close to the beach but far enough to let your own space. Restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities are quite close. The apartment is perfect size and well equipped.

This place was a great deal and it was very special to be right on the beach. We could look right out the living room windows and be right on the beach. There is a good little restaurant with nice cappuccinos in the same building. The promenade along the beach is very special and close to this place. The host was very responsive and communicated with us before arrival and then meet us at the place. The only drawback was that the washing machine leaked a little bit and the hot water did not work in the bathroom. Both of these things they offered to fix as soon as they learned about them, but we said it was OK and did not bother us. One thing it was also nice about this place which we have found other Airbnb’s in Spain is sometimes not the case is that there was no lingering smell of smokers in the house. Overall, it was a particularly good value and I can imagine if we are in the area again we would love to stay there.

The view was amazing, really modern kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very large and very comfortable. Would recommend and visit again.

Five stars. Beautiful and huge home. We loved enjoying the view from the roof deck. Only one minor downside was that only four towels (one towel per guest) were provided so we needed to do laundry to have beach towels. Also be aware that trash can only be taken out at night so you will need to carry out any trash you generate on your last morning. Still great stay, would visit again and bring our own towels

Very close to the beach, for walking. Quiet area with family atmosphere. The bad stuff, there's not much in town. I recommend the pizzeria

Great view and beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment. Communication and check-in were easy. The apartment has everything you need and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Parking is easy to find in front of the house. The beds give in with 2 adults in bed over the course of the night, so there is a cow, but this did not detract from a nice holiday in a great accommodation. Recommendation!

Lovely apartment for a weekend away. Ophélie was really accommodating with check in/outs. Would definitely recommend.

We can only thank the attention received by Raúl. The place was spotless, the stays, utensils, products, amenities absolutely perfect. Perfect for the 7 people we were. In short, highly recommended to spend a few quiet days, with many things to do both in the town of Balerma, as well as the surrounding towns. Thank you Raúl for your attention to detail. We'll do it again.

Excellent accommodation, ideal location at the foot of the Alcazaba, superb terrace. Pedestrian area, where you feel timeless but everything remains accessible in about ten minutes on foot (tapas bar, cafes for breakfast, places to visit, etc.) The accommodation is very well equipped, very comfortable and pleasantly decorated. A perfect stay;-)

The apartment is beautiful, it was sparkling clean and smelled great, Marian is an excellent host, she gave us directions to the area and recommended several places, we will definitely be back

Amazing villa. We will come back!! The only issue was we have not been able to connect to the internet..

The truth, the apartment has been a thousand times better than what you see in the photos, the hostess leaves you quite a few useful for the day to day, towels, blankets and all the comforts... Due to the blackout suffered in Spain this Monday, in principle my partner and I would go back to Madrid on Tuesday, however, the train was canceled and Rosa, the hostess had a lot of understanding and let us stay one more night and without paying anything extra... I don't know what we would have done but. In conclusion, it was one of the best places we have been to spend a couple of days and disconnect, the area is very quiet and we had a great time, if I go back to Almeria, I would definitely repeat it on the airbnb itself. Regards!!

The apartment is very good, spacious, bright and comfortable. Very quiet area, with very ample parking in the building.

Sandra was a very good host. The apartment did not lack a single detail (everything was highly valued) and everything was just as described in the photos. She was flexible with our arrival and departure, and communication was perfect at all times. The apartment is just what we were looking for: a quiet place, one minute from the sea and with a good selection of bars and restaurants in the area. We had a great time, a highly recommended place.

We had a great time with 4 adults and a 2 year old child. Apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Great terrace where you could usually enjoy the sea view protected from the wind. We will be happy to come back.
