This lovely, spacious space has all of the amenities (strong wifi, washer + dryer, etc.) and it's a great location—easy to walk everywhere, and very close to the beach. It was easy to find street parking, and it's a great home base for exploring Parque Natural Del Cabo De Gata Níjar.

A ver cozy place to stay, very close to the beach but far enough to let your own space. Restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities are quite close. The apartment is perfect size and well equipped.

The view was amazing, really modern kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very large and very comfortable. Would recommend and visit again.

la casita salinera de Fran y Eva is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in the Almadraba de Monteleva. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are breathtaking and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants in the vicinity. We will definitely stay here: 10/10

Great view and beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment. Communication and check-in were easy. The apartment has everything you need and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Parking is easy to find in front of the house. The beds give in with 2 adults in bed over the course of the night, so there is a cow, but this did not detract from a nice holiday in a great accommodation. Recommendation!

Ophélie's place is well equipped, has a great terrace, its centrally located and has a nice, comfy bed. Ophélie is very friendly and helpful. Recommended

Very dear and friendly host. He gave us many tips. He was also always available. Playa Serena is about 25 minutes away by car and is a very great beach. What you should know about the accommodation is that if you book for two people, you don't get the whole house. 2 bedrooms are then locked and not available. Here, perhaps a note in the listing would be good in the future. The WiFi was not very stable. Raul wants to look into it.

Excellent accommodation, ideal location at the foot of the Alcazaba, superb terrace. Pedestrian area, where you feel timeless but everything remains accessible in about ten minutes on foot (tapas bar, cafes for breakfast, places to visit, etc.) The accommodation is very well equipped, very comfortable and pleasantly decorated. A perfect stay;-)

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. The truth, the apartment has been a thousand times better than what you see in the photos, the hostess leaves you quite a few useful for the day to day, towels, blankets and all the comforts... Due to the blackout suffered in Spain this Monday, in principle my partner and I would go back to Madrid on Tuesday, however, the train was canceled and Rosa, the hostess had a lot of understanding and let us stay one more night and without paying anything extra... I don't know what we would have done but. In conclusion, it was one of the best places we have been to spend a couple of days and disconnect, the area is very quiet and we had a great time, if I go back to Almeria, I would definitely repeat it on the airbnb itself. Sandra was a very good host. The apartment did not lack a single detail (everything was highly valued) and everything was just as described in the photos. She was flexible with our arrival and departure, and communication was perfect at all times. The apartment is just what we were looking for: a quiet place, one minute from the sea and with a good selection of bars and restaurants in the area. We had a great time, a highly recommended place.

We had a great time with 4 adults and a 2 year old child. Apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Great terrace where you could usually enjoy the sea view protected from the wind. We will be happy to come back.
