Rosie has everything you need for a family getaway and only a 5 min walk to the beach. Newly renovated throughout, this home has two large bedrooms, modern living area and fully equipped kitchen, large central bathroom and laundry. Out the back you have a great yard for the kids to play in along with undercover entertaining area with BBQ. Other comforts include AC/Heating, dishwasher, washing machine and linen provided. A tranquil house in a lovely quiet street. Updated with a modern beach feel and comfortable furnishings throughout. An ideal location being a 12 minute walk (1.2km) to the beach, pier, & the fantastic Rosebud children's playground, and 5 minute walk to the RSL. A very safe and secure neighbourhood. The gate and carport has a lock so the large backyard is very secure for families. Please please ensure you read all notes to avoid disappointment before enquiring for a booking.
