We enjoyed our stay! The location is centrally located near breweries and restaurant. Beautiful area and the house was clean and had everything we needed. We hope to come visit again soon.

A perfect place to recharge and reset in a stunning part of the country. Everything was thoughtfully curated—from the decor and cleanliness to the high-quality furnishings and bed and linens. Truly nothing negative to say, only positives. We’ll definitely be back.

We had such a great stay! Our family really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub after our days of hiking. We appreciated the great small touches including the s'more ingredients, the delicious brownies, and seperate towels for the hot tub. The backyard is so peaceful. The house was very spacious and clean for a family of 4 that included 2 college aged kids. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much!

Tyler’s place was a fun, quirky and comfy place to stay. We had everything we needed! We were going to enjoy a for pit one evening, but the winds were so strong we ended up not thinking it was safe. Hopefully someone gets to use the logs we left behind!

This was the perfect headquarters for exploring Shenandoah National Park with our pups. By far one of the best pet friendly accommodations we’ve found anywhere. Located only minutes from the park and dozens of hikes, this cute little cottage had everything we could possibly need. Our dogs loved the backyard and all the extra amenities provided for them. The space was super clean, well maintained, and cozy. Amanda was a fantastic host, super responsive, helpful, and friendly. We loved having the brewery and other businesses just across the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, house, and host. Lived in Cville for a long time, and this is the perfect place to stay if you want to be near everything that's happening. 10/10!

Erica was a super-friendly, pro-active and very responsive communicator who gave clear and helpful responses and instructions. Fantastic dealing with her. The snacks/treats and coffee provided were an unexpected but really welcome treat after days hiking in the mountains. Great location for access to Charlottesville and surrounding mountains, wineries and brewpubs. A couple distant trains roll through during the night, but a little white noise from my phone easily negated that. Highly recommend!

Mary Scott and Mark's cottage was a wonderful little getaway. The cottage was quaint and cozy. Check-in instructions were very clear and our hosts were very responsive. It was a great location with beautiful surroundings and had many things to do within a 20-25 min radius. Downtown Charlottesville and Monticello were close by and were great day activities. We also really enjoyed the Glass House Winery which was about 5 min away. Beautiful home, highly recommend!

The pink cottage is nestled in nature, but also in the city. We were able to head toward UVA campus or out toward Ivy with ease. The place is both quirky and quaint - an artistically steeped homebase.

Our family of two adults and three kids under ten had such a peaceful and relaxing stay at Riverview Cottage! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with cozy beds and a well stocked kitchen and the outdoor space was incredible. Our kids had the best time playing in the yard and the river, walking along the trails in the woods and having a campfire by the water. We will definitely be returning!

Fairwood Cottage was a wonderful place to stay! A quick 10-minute drive to Charlottesville, but in a quiet rural setting. The cottage was super clean. very comfortable, with everything we needed and lots of special touches. We enjoyed sitting outside to relax at the fire bowl after a day visiting Charlottesville. We’ve visited the area several times but this is our favorite by far and we will be back! Thank you for the hospitality!

The Peony Cottage was better than what the pictures portrayed. The hosts were very friendly, the beds and linens were nice and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The cottage was extremely clean, had a thoughtful layout, was in a quiet setting, and had plenty of wood for the outdoor fire pit. The hosts thought of every nice amenity including fresh tulips on the kitchen table! Highly recommend!

The house was very cute and perfect for our one night stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin exceeded expectations and was even more beautiful in person. It felt very secluded and peaceful, but close to everything that we wanted to do and see. We were within a five minute drive of multiple breweries and restaurants and quaint trails. We were about a 20 minute drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Shenandoah national Park, and several other trails that we wanted to hike, the cabin was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to make food. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and thought that the provided firewood was a very nice touch. We would definitely stay at this cabin again. Daniel was extremely responsive and a great host. Thank you for having us.

We really enjoyed our stay for our friends bachelorette weekend, we enjoyed the games they had in the closet, we had plenty of space for all 9 girls even with it being only one shower, we made it all work! It was nice having the half bath too! We loved being so close to Blue Mountain Brewery. Thank you for a great weekend!

Stop reading and just book it!!! Jim’s place is amazing. A half mile (paved) driveway to get to the house. You can’t see another house the moment you get 5 seconds down the driveway. The house is perfectly appointed with everything you’ll need. Lots of soft towels, plenty of dishes, outdoor stuff, etc. We will get back to C’ville asap for no reason at all other than this retreat! Y’all, for real, just book it.

We had an awesome 1 night stay. The location was perfect for hiking and wineries. The place was as described with the amenities like coffee and waters. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend:)
