L'appartamento si trova a Pera di Fassa. A piano terra; con cucina-soggiorno, 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni. Parcheggio privato, giardino, locale per eventuale deposito sci con asciuga scarponi. Zona tranquilla, nelle vicinanze delle seggiovie che portano nella zona sciistica del Catinaccio e vicino a Pozza. Siamo vicini alla fermata dello Skibus e della Trentino Trasporti. One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Two bedrooms, one has a service bathroom, one double and one triple, bathroom renovated in 2015 with shower, hair dryer and washing machine. Large terrace with chairs, small table and deck chairs and clothesline.
