The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

Our spacious villa, with a large private pool, an outdoor shower and numerous leafy outdoor terraces, is situated in a central yet idyllic location. There is also a barbecue area with Mediterranean-style seating. A place to feel at home, artistically designed, with plenty of space and its own unique atmosphere. On one side, the Pyrenees; on the other, the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is 3 km from the beach, The town of Rosas is 3 km away and Cadaques 10 km.

It is an ideal house for family holidays and relaxing, also for a workplace, for digital nomads or content creators or for athletes, due to its location in a quiet and noise-free place, 3 minutes by car from the city and the lake, natural environments where you can do sports, walk and take beautiful photos.

Entire house with 2 floors spacious and bright with lots of exterior and just 7 minutes walk from the beach of the village, old town and area of bars and restaurants. Just a short walk to the lovely promenade leading to Empúries. In front of the house is the municipal gym, which has an indoor swimming pool, and right next to it is the tennis and padel tennis club, where you can hire a court to play. La Casita in Estartit

An enchanting white house built in Menorcan style (one floor) situated in the heart of a very pretty urbanization with lots of green and 3 communal swimming pools and a small playground. 7 min drive from the beach and 5 min from the centre of L´Estartit with direct acces via a bike path. Famous for its Medas Islands which are very popular for diving/snorkling and for its natural parks, there's always something to do or see.
