Fantastic! With a pool, beach and parking

It's perfect. It's got everything. An 8-minute walk from Cala Canyelles, the best beach in Rosas, and 3 km from the centre. Luxury neighbourhood. Parking space for 1 car. Quality Wi-Fi. Great pool. Terrace for four people to enjoy a great meal. Large communal area with a summer lounge, which is only accessible to 14 apartments, so it's very quiet. 2 bedrooms for 4 people to sleep comfortably. The sofa has a double bed inside. It has a dishwasher, two fridges, a gas cooker, a washing machine and a dryer.

The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. Private parking is available in the same building. Very large terrace with unbeatable views.
