This perfectly located home, provides easy access to all sites and amenities. On the second floor without elevator, not accessible to people with limited mobility. Located in the city center, 7 min walk from the river, health course, tennis , and at the foot of shops and restaurants. Fully equipped, LV/coffee maker/microwave/oven/TV/sheets and towels provided (bed not made), dishwasher towel, 1 bedroom (bed 140cms), Wc/bathroom. Check-in is between 15:00 and 00:00 and checkout is by 11:00.

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "the most beautiful villages of France". Great for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.
