It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

In the heart of the southern Ardèche, near the Ardèche gorges, the property consists of a 90 m2 house, a 32 m2 suite with swimming pool (4.20 m x 2.2 m) and a jacuzzi. ideally located on a plot of 700 m² close to the river (3 min walk), 5 min from all shops and restaurants, this will allow you to spend a pleasant holiday in peace. The swimming pool is secure and not overlooked, and includes a deb and garden furniture on a large space of 100 m².

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to our yurt located in the heart of nature. Built with ecological materials, furnished with care, it is located 100m from the river and its large sandy beach, in one of the most beautiful valleys of Ardèche ! The 20m2 yurt can easily accommodate two adults and two children. A wooden house of 15m2 is also dedicated to you with kitchen, bathroom, toilet and, as a bonus, a view of the river!

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.
